Robert Seymour Sciences Integration in the BizTech Program

Robert J. Seymour is an Associate Professor and Director of Integration of the Sciences in the Business and Technology program of the School of Technology Management. He earned a B.S in Physics and a M.S. and Ph.D. in Physics from New York University. Before joining Stevens in 2000 he was a research scientist and research manager at Philips Labs and GTE (now Verizon) Labs. He held positions as general manager of a developmental business, strategist, field sales manager and global marketing manager (for a JV with a Japanese company) at Hoechst Celanese. At Stevens, he has taught courses in science and technology (for business majors), technology management and project management. He has worked in the electronics, telecommunications and chemicals and plastics industries. He is a member of the American Physical Society and the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers.
