Rebecca Lyons, Johnson & Johnson

Rebecca Lyons is Vice President, Worldwide Operations, Talent Management at Johnson & Johnson. Responsible for partnering with the company's affiliates globally to develop an operations talent pipeline, Lyons joined J&J at the company's former Critikon affiliate where she held positions in operations and finance. Lyons has also worked in the company's supply chain group at J&J's Health Care Systems. Earlier, she was Plant Manager at Ethicon. Her most recent responsibilities have been in corporate finance with assignments as Director, Financial Leadership Development Program and Director, Process Excellence. Before J&J, she worked at General Telephone & Electric. Lyons has served on Junior League and CASA boards in New Jersey. She also teaches at St Peter's Episcopal Church in Morristown. Her undergraduate degree is from the University of Kansas and her MBA is from the University of South Florida. Lyons is a Certified Process Excellence green belt, a Certified Management Accountant, and holds a Certification in Production & Inventory Management.
