Murugappan Chettiar is a Program Manager with Automatic Data Processing (ADP). His primary focus is on information technology projects involving the Engineering, Government and Service industries. Responsible for deployment of integrated business solutions for large corporations, Professor Chettiar manages and coaches virtual teams across the country in topics ranging from best practices and timely communication to collaborating with senior management for strategic alignment. Managing varied projects from purely technical to complex matrix organizations ranging from few thousand dollars to millions of dollars have given him unique insights into complex managing project situations. Chettiar has extensive experience working in multi-cultural environments along side American, European & Asian teams. Mr. Chettiar hold a Masters in Project Management from Stevens and BE in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of Madras.
