Andrea Herman has more than 10 years experience as a writer, manager and consultant in the field of technical writing. She manages a team of writers for Aviyva Consulting, a consulting group based in Brooklyn, which provides a range of writing and analytical services to Fortune 100 and other firms within the financial and health care sectors. She has been an adjunct instructor at NYC Technical College/CUNY and has conducted small business workshops at Queensborough Community College. Ms. Herman has an undergraduate degree in chemistry, MBA in finance from NYU's Stern School of Business, and graduate training in instructional design from the New School's Robert J. Milano Graduate School of Management and Urban Policy.
